Agency Partners

Through community engagement, training, and increased reporting, the Safety in Pride Project focuses on increasing community safety and building trust with communities who have historically had strained relationships with law enforcement.

We understand the importance of meaningful partnerships with law enforcement agencies and welcome you to engage with our project.

Register your agency (law enforcement & District Attorneys) as a project partner by taking the following steps:

1. Submit a Memo of Support on agency letter head to support@safetyinpride.org

   1. We have created a template to use, should you wish to a utilize all or part of it - click here​

   2. Once we review your memo, your agency will be listed on our Partner Agencies page, with a copy of the memo available for the public to view

2. Complete the Agency LGBTQ Liaison Contacts form here​

3. Engage with the project and staff by attending in-person training events and encouraging agency staff to participate in online training.

Note: All users who complete an online training will automatically receive a signed training certificate.
